JD:
- Monitor Network security devices through Datto RMM monitoring tool Delinea portal for device access.
- Working on High Level Design & Low-Level Design document and submit it to customer.
- Implementation, configuration & support for Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Forti switches, Wireless controller.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Network Security tickets in Autotask ticketing tool.
- Monitoring and Managing Palo Alto firewalls (PA-5060, PA-3020, PA-820) located in DC and DR.
- Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C).
- Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer requirement.
- Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels on Firewall devices.
- Following up with level 1 and level 2 teams on ticket updates.
- Coordinating with engineering and provisioning team for ongoing major incidents.
- Communication with team to create network design document e.g., HLD and LLD document.
- Working on High Level Design & Low-Level Design document and submit it to customer.
- After approval of design document, visit DC and DR for installation of ARRAY Load Balancers.
- Implementation, configuration & support for ARRAY AVX 5800 Load Balancers devices.
- Monitoring and managing all the Load Balancers located in DC and DR.
- Monitoring and Managing Palo Alto firewalls (PA-5060, PA-3020, PA-820) located in DC and DR.
- Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C).
- Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer requirement.
- Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels on Firewall devices.
- Installation of ARRAY AMP Management server to manage the Load Balancers.
- Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer
- Coordinating with vendor for any technical related issues to meet customer requirements.
- Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer.
- Reviewing /attending daily huddle call with customer IT team & internal team on long pending cases.
- Implementation, configuration & support for Network/Security/Wireless devices.
- Providing support to Global sites of Varian Medical Systems.
- Monitoring and managing complete network architecture of Varian Medical Systems.
- Handling customer tickets related to LAN, WAN and security problems.
- Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer.
- Reviewing weekly with customer IT team on long pending cases.
- Following up with level 1 and level 2 teams on ticket updates.
- Coordinating with engineering and provisioning team for ongoing major incidents.
- Providing network and incident reports as per customer’s requirements.
- Coordinating with Service Manager, Account Manager as required.
- Providing RCA for reoccurring issues and RFO for network outages
- Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C), Juniper SRX 240, Palo Alto (PA-3020, PA-820), Cisco Meraki (MX 64/65) to meet customer requirement.
- Providing access to requested website by using FortiGuard.
- Analyzing Events & security logs.
- Tracking AV / IPS update records.
- Extracting the reports from the Forti-analyzer 1000C and forwarding them to the customer if it is required.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Security incidents.
- Informing & Performing Changes that need to be done to correct the underlying cause.
- Going through the Change Request and seeking approval from Change Managers (CSM or SOC Manager) for performing changes as per customer requirement.
- Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels for Fortinet and Palo Alto devices.
- Developing a flexible configuration migration and optimization tool set to complement Palo alto's own migration tool.
- Administering and supporting the next generation Palo Alto firewalls.
- Designing and implementing security solutions for customers.
- Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer requirement.
- Implementing change requests on Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, and Juniper MAG as requested.
