Currently we are looking for L3 - Network Security Engineer, Below are the details.
Role: L3 - Network Security Engineer
Experience:5+ Years
Location: Navi Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Monitor Network security devices through Datto RMM monitoring tool Delinea portal for device
access.
2) Working on High Level Design & Low-Level Design document and submit it to customer.
3) Implementation, configuration & support for Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Forti switches, Wireless
controller.
4) Monitoring and Analyzing Network Security tickets in Autotask ticketing tool.
5) Monitoring and Managing Palo Alto firewalls (PA-5060, PA-3020, PA-820) located in DC and DR.
6) Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C).
7) Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer
requirement.
8) Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels on Firewall devices.
9) Following up with level 1 and level 2 teams on ticket updates.
10) Coordinating with engineering and provisioning team for ongoing major incidents.
11) Communication with team to create network design document e.g., HLD and LLD document.
12) Working on High Level Design & Low-Level Design document and submit it to customer.
13) After approval of design document, visit DC and DR for installation of ARRAY Load Balancers.
14) Implementation, configuration & support for ARRAY AVX 5800 Load Balancers devices.
15) Monitoring and managing all the Load Balancers located in DC and DR.
16) Monitoring and Managing Palo Alto firewalls (PA-5060, PA-3020, PA-820) located in DC and DR.
17) Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C).
18) Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer
requirement.
19) Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels on Firewall devices.
20) Installation of ARRAY AMP Management server to manage the Load Balancers.
21) Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer
22) Coordinating with vendor for any technical related issues to meet customer requirements.
23) Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer.
24) Reviewing /attending daily huddle call with customer IT team & internal team on long pending
cases.
25) Implementation, configuration & support for Network/Security/Wireless devices.
26) Providing support to Global sites of Varian Medical Systems.
27) Monitoring and managing complete network architecture of Varian Medical Systems.
28) Handling customer tickets related to LAN, WAN and security problems.
29) Maintaining/Updating network inventory and design of the customer.
30) Reviewing weekly with customer IT team on long pending cases.
31) Following up with level 1 and level 2 teams on ticket updates.
32) Coordinating with engineering and provisioning team for ongoing major incidents.
33) Providing network and incident reports as per customer’s requirements.
34) Coordinating with Service Manager, Account Manager as required.
35) Providing RCA for reoccurring issues and RFO for network outages
36) Configuring& editing an access policy on Security devices such as FortiGate (80/60 /300/1000C),
Juniper SRX 240, Palo Alto (PA-3020, PA-820), Cisco Meraki (MX 64/65) to meet customer
requirement.
37) Providing access to requested website by using FortiGuard.
38) Analyzing Events & security logs.
39) Tracking AV / IPS update records.
40) Extracting the reports from the Forti-analyzer 1000C and forwarding them to the customer if it is
required.
41) Monitoring and Analyzing Security incidents.
42) Informing & Performing Changes that need to be done to correct the underlying cause.
43) Going through the Change Request and seeking approval from Change Managers (CSM or SOC
Manager) for performing changes as per customer requirement.
44) Creating and Troubleshooting VPN Tunnels for Fortinet and Palo Alto devices.
45) Developing a flexible configuration migration and optimization tool set to complement Palo alto's
own migration tool.
46) Administering and supporting the next generation Palo Alto firewalls.
47) Designing and implementing security solutions for customers.
48) Configuring firewall policies, object addresses, services, security profiles as per the customer
requirement.
49) Implementing change requests on Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, and Juniper MAG as
requested.
